Travis Lester and Justin Safier of BRG Restaurant Group — who operate Smoke, Brick + Mortar, and newbie Fatty's Public House — are looking to launch another LA project. Right now they're in the planning stages to take that Art Deco building on the corner of Beverly Boulevard and Sweetzer Avenue and open a new 3, 263 square foot restaurant. No word yet on the concept but here's a look some floor plans and such.
