Early last year popular french fry truck Frysmith went the pop-up route with a soup concept dubbed Soupsmith. This year owners are again switching gears with a month of temporary dining options, from February 18 to March 17. Week one brings the return of Soupsmith, followed by Wichsmith (whimsical sandwiches), Quesadillasmith, and finally Wingsmith. The vehicle's regular menu will be on offer as well.
