Schlotzsky's, an Austin, Texas-based fast casual pizza-salad-sandwich chain known for its house-baked buns, is aggressively growing in SoCal. Management plans to launch 200 restaurants over the next decade. While six Schlotzsky's already exist in SoCal, the first new location under the rapid expansion is set to debut in July.
