Tender Greens First of Many Restos to PacMutual Building

As mentioned last month, popular eco-conscious lunch and dinner cafe Tender Greens is headed to a new dining courtyard at Downtown's PacMutual building on 6th Street, between Grand and Olive. A second tba eatery will open on the other side of the courtyard, although that deal has yet to be finalized. And, building owners are also in talks to fill spaces on the Olive Street side, but again those contracts are not yet complete. But, regarding to the courtyard, it will be designed by architecture firm Johnson Fain with a three-story "green wall" and will replace a Verizon store. While the courtyard should be complete by late this summer, Tender Greens is expect to debut at the end of 2013.
