Timothy Hollingsworth spent the last twelve years working at the French Laundry in Napa. But, the chef de cuisine is moving south, to Los Angeles, to work in video production. His final day at the French Laundry is March 31. A surprising move for someone who lead the 2009 US Bocuse d'Or team. However, Hollingsworth does eventually want to cook again. The chef told Grub Street that he plans to open "a chain of casual-but-upscale Mexican restaurants," but probably not in LA. [GS]
