Oh my. Urasawa, the super high-end $400 a head sushi bar in Beverly Hills, has been commanded to pay $65,785 in fines and unpaid wages after an investigation revealed that employees "regularly worked more than 10 hours each day without overtime pay, rest breaks or meal breaks." The restaurant also neglected to provide employees with "itemized wage statements listing hours worked and rate of pay, as required by law." Urasawa will have to dole out $38,585 to workers plus $18,500 and $8,700 in penalties. [KTLA]
