This week, watch Nancy Silverton make one of Mozza's classic salads and learn Mario Batali's trick to using tomatoes year-round. The Travel Channel gets a guy to wake board in a turkey roasting pan. A new Untouchables video ran this week, featuring The Bazaar's Philly Cheesesteak. A new local food blog, Honestly WTF, produced a video full of food porn. Lastly, watch a behind-the-scenes video of meat-lover Heidi Klum eating a Carl's Jr. burger.

2) The Travel Channel gets a guy to wake board on a turkey roasting pan:
Kevin, the host of Armed & Ready, rides the waves on a turkey roasting pan. While not strictly food-related, it's still awesome.
