More and more great content about food in Los Angeles is being released on film. Here now, a look at last week's best new food videos. Know of one that we missed? Send it our way.

This week, watch Nancy Silverton make one of Mozza's classic salads and learn Mario Batali's trick to using tomatoes year-round. The Travel Channel gets a guy to wake board in a turkey roasting pan. A new Untouchables video ran this week, featuring The Bazaar's Philly Cheesesteak. A new local food blog, Honestly WTF, produced a video full of food porn. Lastly, watch a behind-the-scenes video of meat-lover Heidi Klum eating a Carl's Jr. burger.

1) Nancy Silverton + The Mozza Caprese:
Mozza's Caprese is served year-round, thanks to this trick from Mario Batali. Also, see where Mozza gets their ingredients in a video produced by Panna Origins.

2) The Travel Channel gets a guy to wake board on a turkey roasting pan:
Kevin, the host of Armed & Ready, rides the waves on a turkey roasting pan. While not strictly food-related, it's still awesome.

3) Food porn from Honestly WTF:
Honestly WTF makes popovers, bacon and a bloody mary on film. It looks delicious.
