Portland's Naomi Pomeroy (Beast) will cook five courses with Zarate at $52 a head on March 26, $10 cocktails by Pablo Moix and Steve Livigni. Boston's Jamie Bissonnette (Coppa, TORO) and Salt Lake City's Viet Pham (Forage) cook six courses with Zarate at $62 a head on March 27, drinks by Aidan Demarest and Marcos Tello.
