Joseph Mahon is no longer executive chef at Early Bird in Fullerton, he has decamped to focus efforts on his Burger Parlor concept. Early Bird chef de cuisine Frank DeLoach (also former chef de partie at the shuttered Mezze) takes over kitchen duties and DeLoach will kick off his modern diner dinner menu in May.
