Carson House Replacing Delfini Citta' in Beverly Hills

The windows at quick lived Delfini Citta' on Wilshire in Beverly Hills are haphazardly papered over, and inside the Italian restaurant looks untouched with disorganized furniture collecting dust. Outside, signage for Carson House, a "classic American comfort food" place, hangs in the door. An ABC license is still attached to SPF Hospitality Group LLC comprised of Stephen Fowler and Scott Paletz from Platinum Events. More to come.
