Chef Sven Mede joined Casa del Mar and Shutter in Santa Monica nearly a year ago to update all eating establishments at both properties. Catch and the Casa Lobby Lounge menus are completed, meanwhile One Pico, Coast Beach Cafe & Bar, and the Living Room will receive new lists over the next few months. The final reveal, however, is Terraza, a new dining concept taking over that rear center area at Casa del Mar that once housed a sushi bar. Look for a debut this summer. More to come. [EaterWire]
