Jon Swire, the guy behind Abbot Kinney's forthcoming Belly Up, drops Eater a note to say that Paul Mojica, currently at Taste on Melrose, will serve as the sandwich shop's chef and GM. Meanwhile, Belly Up will be one of the first establishments on the westside to service that fancypants Coke Freestyle machine and the very first on AK. Belly Up is still looking to launch late April.
