Win Tickets to Pebble Beach F&W's Fancy $500 Dinner

New, 2 comments

Champagne, caviar, and celebrity chefs are what's to be expected at Pebble Beach Food & Wine, one of the nation's top culinary celebrations, taking place April 4 to 7 in Pebble Beach, California. All sorts of pricey events are planned for the weekend from a $6,000 Founders Dinner to dinner with Guy Fieri at $275 a head to a Food & Wine Best New Chefs Alumni meal at $350 a guest. A bunch of local chefs are slated to attend like Kris Morningstar (Ray's), David LeFevre (MB Post), Ray Garcia (FIG), and Jeff Cerciello (Farmshop). Fabio Viviani is hosting a cooking demo, meanwhile Jacques and Hasty Torres will share their passion for chocolate.

It's always the season for giving, right? So, we're offering up a pair of tickets to Battle of the Coasts West, basically a $500 dinner prepared by Lincoln Carson (Michael Mina), Dominique Crenn (Atelier Crenn), Tyler Florence (Wayfare Tavern), Thomas McNaughton (central kitchen), and Nancy Oakes (Boulevard Restaurant). Wanna win? Email us your best restaurant secret. Think: off-menu item, a hidden gem of a restaurant, a secret phone number, anything that's sure to boggle the mind and demonstrate to us that you're as obsessed with the restaurant industry as anyone. Please send all entries to la@eater.com by end of day Friday, March 29.
