Sunday brunch pop-up? It's happening at Franco on Melrose beginning 11:30 a.m. on April 21 and continuing Sundays thereafter under the name BEP Vietnamese Kitchen. Chef Connie Tran (Zov's in Tustin, Cafe D'Orient in Orange) will prepare an eight course share-friendly meal with plates of rice porridge, beef wrapped in betel leaf, and honey prawns and okra.
