Sporting an industrial country casual aesthetic found at its other locations, Poon Design made sure to incorporate astroturf seating, chalkboards, and a wide open kitchen. In addition to Mendo's highly regarded mix of sandwiches, salads, and sides, the eatery will pour beer and wine, making it the first restaurant to offer alcohol within the center.
