DOWNTOWN— A word from Mike Ilic, owner of Gram & Papa's: "Gram and Papas is looking for a co-venture, partner or buyer. The neighborhood has evolved and we need to evolve with it. Great space, that has had tremendous success as Chef Ludo can attest. Anyone interested in more information should contact mike@gramandpapas.com." [Eater Inbox]

MID-CITY— The Barbershop pop-up, taking place now at the old A.O.C., is bringing in chef Kevin Meehan of Kali Dining for a night of collaborative cooking. This Wednesday, Meehan will prepare an eight course taster with Barbershop chef Walter el Nager priced at $110 and $45 for a wine pairing. [EaterWire]

SANTA MONICA—Starting today, The Hungry Cat, just off the PCH, is rolling out a new weekly three course $40 prix fixe. This is the menu served through Thursday: winter citrus, avocado, beets, green goddess dressing; grilled boudin blanc, white beans, braised cabbage, leeks, pancetta, grain mustard; and baked apples, candied walnuts, cinnamon butter.
