Mike Binder, the Detroit native who launched Coney Dog on Sunset under two years ago, has sold his West Hollywood hot dog joint to those behind local chainet Gaby's Express/Gaby's Mediterranean. While Coney Dog will retain its name (says an employee), the casual restaurant has started to add new Greek and Mediterranean staples to its menu inclusive of falafel, shawarma, and kebabs.
