Silver Lake's El Cochinito serves some of the city's most authentic Cuban food. For the last few months, it's also been home to a monthly pop-up series called Post Service Supper. Every month, the restaurant announces its upcoming dinner on Facebook. Chef Daniel Navarro (Canele, The Bazaar, Providence) runs El Cochinito with his grandmother (who is the owner) and sous chef Edgar Rico (Son of a Gun, Craft).
