As noted on Monday, Tsujita LA Artisan Noodle on Sawtelle and Mississippi in West LA, is opening a new location and calling it ANNEX. How about a quick peek inside? ANNEX is taking over the space that housed Miyata Menji at 2050 Sawtelle. So far, all that's clear is that a long bar curls around an open kitchen and lines the walls of the new ramen house. At the moment, the interior looks about twice as big as Tsujita's, which might mean a shorter wait time for a seat.
