Quite the curious chef shuffle. Mette Williams, former executive chef at Areal in Santa Monica and famous for her fried chicken during prior Lexington Social House days, has been appointed executive chef at Culina in the Four Seasons Beverly Hills. Inaugural chef Vic Casanova, who left to open Gusto, built up Culina's Italian menu, and now Williams steps in adding "flavors from the Mediterranean," says a release. [EaterWire]
