Chef Walter Manzke has been busy. In between opening up additional locations of his wildly popular Wildflour Cafe + Bakery in Manila, the starred chef is gearing up to open Republique in the old Campanile space. Demolition is almost complete and a full 47 alcohol license transfer application is posted out front. Republique is still on schedule to open this summer. [EaterWire]
