LAW drops by Nick Mathers' (Eveleigh) hot new project Goldie's on West Third for an early word: "This is an excellent place to be a vegetarian, with some unusual preparations (grilled cucumber, for example, and kohlrabi-green peas tossed with lime). Have you seen steak tartare before? ... But here the tartare is mixed with chopped carmelized apple and the burrata topped with a scattering of 'toasted milk' ... but the real magic is happening on the cocktail side of the page.
