Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Likely Opening Downtown

A lease is expected to be signed this month which would secure the first Los Angeles location of Austin, Texas-based Alamo Drafthouse, a movie theatre chain in which patrons order food and drink (as such) directly from their seats. The eight screen cinema is planned for the Medallion project at 4th and Main, in a site that currently houses a parking lot.
