Sawtelle Kitchen, on Sawtelle near La Grange, closed very quietly late last year. Coming soon to the space, which is now going through some much needed renovations, is a new concept from chef Rob Lawson (Robuchon NY). Lawson and his partner are keeping details to themselves for now, but plan to open at the end of this month. [EaterWire]
