Trois Mec Selling Table Tickets Wednesday, Don't be Late

New, 39 comments

Trois Mec — the new French mashup from all-star team Ludo Lefebvre, Jon Shook, and Vinny Dotolo — has implemented a ticketed table reservations system, Next Table, developed by Nick Kokonas, co-owner of Alinea, Next and Aviary in Chicago. According to the LA Times, diners will have to pre-pay their $75 five-course meal ticket (exclusive of alcohol), which amounts to a grand total of $97.13 after an 18% gratuity charge. No refunds or exchanges granted, however diners are able to sell their tickets (via Craigslist?) and transfer them on the Trois Mec website to someone else. Which is where one will have to register starting tomorrow to purchase a seat. Tickets for the 26-seat restaurant (four tables plus eight bar seats) open up at 8 a.m. on Wednesday for the next two weeks and thereafter tickets will go on sale Fridays at 8 a.m.

It's also worthwhile to note that dinner, just like a movie or show, will begin at one's reserved time regardless if the whole party is there or not. So don't be late.
