Evan Kleiman of the former Angeli Caffe was scheduled to cook at 'this is not a pop up' this week, however due to a "personal emergency" the chef had to bail. Filling in for her is 14-year-old Flynn McGarry and this is his menu: english peas with whey, Parmesan and lemon verbena; beets with berries, goats milk and black pepper; parsnip with miso, cilantro, smoked trout, white sesame and tangerine; sturgeon with tapioca, spring onions, vinegar and rye; and milk with hazelnuts, earl grey and Meyer lemon.
