Pie Society, a Secret Bar Behind Pitfire Pizza in Costa Mesa, Opens in May

Paul Hibler, honcho of Superba Snack Bar in Venice and co-founder of local chainlet Pitfire Pizza, is prepping to open Pie Society, a secret back room cocktail bar/speakeasy hidden behind Pitfire Pizza in Costa Mesa. Sommy Rhee attended a Pitfire media dinner and learns that Pie Society will serve a completely separate menu from Pitfire and will also have its own rear entrance.
