And now it's time to take a close look at one of the five Eater Burger week specials:
Baker Beth Kellerhals over at The Pie Hole is behind the cozy Arts District eatery's Hamburger Hand Pie. After rolling out a savory pie crust, Kellerhals mixes together her favorite burger ingredients: ground beef, cheddar, pickles and mayonnaise. She seals the filling within the crust, bakes it, and plates the pie with a side of house-made barbecue sauce. The Pie Hole serves its Hamburger Hand Pie all day (until sold out), now through April 29, for $6.
