Remember when Steven Arroyo opened a second Escuela Taqueria space and then folded his next door sandwich shop, Potato Chips, into the original Escuela on Stanley? Well, accordingly to Daily Candy, Potato Chips has officially taken over Escuela with a white-washed new look.
