ORANGE COUNTY—First PETA filed suit against Hot's Kitchen for offering free foie, now the LAT reports that the animal rights group is also threatening to sue two OC eateries for serving the banned delicacy: Arc in Costa Mesa and Broadway by Amar Santana in Laguna Beach.
