All hail The Bloody Royale, a $15 bloody mary rendition served with a side of burger. What exactly is going on here? This is Franklin & Company's English burger slider, a beef patty topped with caramelized onions, blue cheese, butter leaf lettuce, served on a grilled brioche bun, brushed with a Dijon duck fat aioli. The slider is in good company with a celery stalk carrying onion rings and a skewer with a green olive, pickle spear, bacon wrapped roasted jalapeño, pickled tomatillo, pepper jack cheese, and a roasted Brussels sprout. That's happening.
