Is Soho House Opening a Beachside Property in Malibu?

Here's a crazy little rumor to mull over on a Friday. That vacant but furnished building next door to Nobu Malibu, speculated on and off to be a Wolfgang Puck enterprise, is also rumored to become Soho Beach House. And, as some might recall, recently The Daily Truffle caught wind that Soho was looking to open properties Downtown and near the ocean.
