Chef Nate Appleman Cooks at Animal on April 15

The next chef joining in the Animal kitchen as part of Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo's Cooking with Friend series is Nate Appleman. Though currently the culinary director at Chipotle, Appleman has an honorable past, earning a Rising Star James Beard Award, winning Food & Wine's Best New Chef title, and working in kitchens from San Francisco to New York, at A16 and SPQR, then landing at Keith McNally's Pulino's.
