EAGLE ROCK— Heirloom LA has finally secured its beer and wine license. Chef Matt Poley's first dinners completely open to the public at The Salon will take place on May 9 and 10. WEST HOLLYWOOD— Word on the street is that Restaurant 8730, the one under construction for more than a minute on W. Sunset Boulevard, has run into some management issues. Original partners supposedly have dispersed. While a restaurant will still open here, the eatery will likely have a new name and new operators. Also, chef Jason Niederkorn is no longer attached.
