Govind Armstrong's Willie Jane serves buttermilk biscuits, meanwhile David LeFevre at MB Post has made waves with his bacon cheddar buttermilk variety, of which 200 are made daily. The butter biscuits at The Hart & the Hunter have reached cult status. And then there's the Mangalitsa lard biscuits at Sqirl. They are only baked on Saturdays so plan accordingly. [LAT]
