This is ... an interesting development. Although French Laundry alum Timothy Hollingsworth didn't really sound like he had immediate cooking plans in Los Angeles, Grub Street relays news that the chef has signed on to consult at all of Michael Zislis' properties (The Strand House, Circa, Shade Hotel, Rock & Brews) while he works on his own concept. Hollingsworth is also still scheduled to cook his first LA meal at The Strand House on May 20. It's $200 a head.
