Lock up your oil. Two individuals were recently arrested near a Starbucks on Atlantic and Valley Boulevards in Alhambra for stealing cooking oil. Officers discovered the perps in a storage room with a hose running to a tank in their van. They were arrested for burglary. [Alhambra Source]
