A new lunch pop-up is taking place at Eritrean restaurant Industry Café & Jazz in Culver City. As of March 28, chef/proprietor Aron Tadesse has brought aboard chef Jamie Woolner (Pizza of Venice) and Angel Martinez (Sotto) to serve a mix of hot and cold salads and pizzas, though Food GPS is an early fan of the Braised Pork Sandwich: "The juicy meat bathes in a savory sauce of pork jus, lemon juice, rosemary, garlic and olive oil and rests with arugula in crusty Dolce Forno ciabatta." In other news, Woolner is looking to open an eatery in Altadena called P.O.V. Market. [Food GPS]
