The name of Milk co-founder Bret Thompson's new downtown restaurant is Pez Cantina, reports Brigham Yen. The project is under construction on the ground floor of the Four Hundred South Hope tower with an estimated launch of late 2013. Thompson, who opened Market Restaurant at the Cooper Building, is no stranger to Downtown and with this new eatery he plans to serve high-end Mexican seafood. More to come.
