Roving dinner club Kali Dining is still searching for a brick and mortar home, but before chef Kevin Meehan settles down he's cooking a fancyyyyy Trophy Wine Dinner at The Redd Collection in Culver City, April 19-21. The seven course meal served to 12 diners each night costs $350 a head and the chef says that he'll be pouring about $3,000 worth of vino.
