Cool. The East Side's gelato darling, Pazzo Gelato, has signed on to take a 300 square foot station within the new Taste at FIGat7th. Owner Michael Buch tells Brigham Yen that this third shop will likely open in August and scoop ice cream daily. Hours could be around 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. or later. [Brigham Yen]
