With Guisados expansion well underway, chef/co-owner Ricardo Diaz has decided to close up shop at his Monterey Park ceviche emporium, Dorados. Grub Street spots a Facebook post which states: "We are closed permanently. Thank you all for supporting us all these years. Chef Ricardo Diaz is working on a few new projects...so this a little creative destruction." Meanwhile, fans can still score Diaz's ceviche at Bizarra Capital. [Grub Street]
