Downtown's St. Vincent's Court, the hidden alley between Broadway and Hill on Seventh, houses several long-standing restaurants. Due to a recent court decision reported on in the Los Angeles Times, those restaurants will no longer be allowed to seat patrons outdoors. It's essentially a death sentence to their business. [LAT]
