On May 10 Baba Ji (Cowboys and Turbans) opens his second Silver Lake Juice Bar at 1753 Hillhurst Avenue, the first of which recently morphed into Sprouted Garden Cafe. Ji has aggressive expansion plans in the works. He intends on opening another 18 locations at a rate of one every three months. [ELA]
