David Feau, the talented Frenchman who opened The Royce at The Langham Hotel in Pasadena, is now executive chef at Le Ka, Michael Kwan's (Wockano) newish Downtown eatery which J.Gold described as "a modern French bistro trapped in the body of a nightclub." Feau replaces opening EC Remi Lauvand who is supposedly working on another concept called Bunker Hill (working title). [GS]
