Nine former employees are suing West Hollywood gay bar Mickey's for a slew of atrocities that include "lewd conduct, creating a sexually hostile work environment, racial discrimination and discrimination against heterosexual employees, and labor code violations." Counsel recently went public with the suit, which was filed in July 2011. A trial is set for this coming October. [WEHOville]
