Chi-Lin is IDG's haute Chinese counterpart to RivaBella on W. Sunset, cheffed by Cecile Tang of JOSS. Sharing the former Hamburger Hamlet home, separated by a wall, the restaurant is expected to open in about two weeks. Herein, a first look at the restaurant's "New Chinese" menu:
