Celebrated Taiwanese restaurant Din Tai Fung, especially known for its cadre of dumplings, is on a major expansion kick. In addition to branching out from Arcadia to The Americana at Brand mall, Din Tai Fung will also open its first and only Orange County location within fancy shopping center South Coast Plaza.
