San Diego's Bo Beau Headed to Long Beach This Fall

Cohn Restaurant Group has dominated the San Diego scene with a dozen restaurants, and now one of its dining concepts, Bo Beau Kitchen + Bar, is making its way up north to Long Beach. Construction is underway in the long vacant Smooth's Sports Grille space for the Frenchy fusion bistro, which will have a rooftop lounge and martini bar with over 100 vodkas. CRG is looking to open in the fall.

It is unclear whether Spacecraft design group is actually associated with this project. Spacecraft ply has been up for well over a year when the space was linked to Santa Charro, which predates the sale to the CRG. [EaterWire]

Update: Kris Keith over at Spacecraft confirms that he will, in fact, design Bo Beau. He's also building out the rooftop bar called Rooftap.
