VENICE— Abbot Kinney's under construction sandwich shop Belly Up has changed its name to Pork Belly's due to trademark issues. Owner Jon Swire recently acquired his City building permit and hopes to finish construction by the end of next week with a launch in late June. He expects his 300-pound smoker to arrive next week.
